Get To Know Her A Little Better

Aubrey earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Integrative Physiology from the University of Dayton before returning to Columbus to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Ohio Dominican University in December 2025. Her clinical training spanned general surgery, colorectal surgery, plastic surgery and functional medicine, giving her a well-rounded medical foundation that is anything but common for a provider entering the aesthetic space.

She is board-certified as a Physician Assistant and brings a level of clinical depth to nonsurgical treatments that reflects her time in the operating room just as much as it does her time at the injector’s chair.

Central Ohio Has Always Been Home

Aubrey grew up in Westerville and stayed close through school and clinical rotations. And if you ask her? She wouldn’t have it any other way. She is the kind of provider who will challenge you at bar trivia, talk you into standing up at an ABBA tribute concert and somehow make you feel completely at ease the moment you walk through the door. That’s how you know she’s from here!

Women’s Health Advocacy

A Voice For Those Who Haven’t Found Theirs Yet

Aubrey knows firsthand that women are frequently underserved by a healthcare system that too often dismisses their symptoms, minimizes their concerns and moves on in 15 minutes. She is here to change that. One honest conversation at a time.

Yes, she may be doing your Botox with precision and poise. But at the same time, she’s asking the right questions about the health concerns your PCP doesn’t have time to hear, helping you figure out whether that skincare device is actually worth it and making sure you leave with that chair with more clarity about your body than you sat down with.

I’ll never be the provider giving someone false hope. If what they’re asking about isn’t right for them, I’m going to tell them. Social media can distort expectations; so, part of my job is  to educate patients & refocus the energy back on themselves — not some filtered before & after picture!”

She Is Already A Profound Part of Our Practice’s Story

Aubrey’s connection to Donaldson runs deeper than her start date. She completed her functional medicine clinical rotation here in late 2025, gaining an early understanding of the core root-cause philosophy that drives Dr. Weston’s team. From there, she joined the surgical team. Scrubbing in alongside Dr. Donaldson and Dr. Sieffert gave her a firsthand appreciation for the precision, transparency and standard of care that defines this practice.

She brings everything she absorbed from both pillars into her work with our aesthetic providers. Each day, she is building an approach that is clinically informed, creatively driven and truly collaborative.
