Dr. Jeffrey Donaldson Inducted into the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) has selected Dr. Jeffrey Donaldson of Donaldson Plastic Surgery for active membership. The ASAPS is the largest and most prestigious professional organization that is exclusively comprised of cosmetic plastic surgeons. Founded in 1967, the Society has maintained a strict admission process for members, who must continue to meet high professional and ethical standards throughout their careers.

In the United States, only plastic surgeons who are both board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and possess significant cosmetic procedural experience are considered for membership. Credentials are rigorously scrutinized, including medical licensure, training background, legal history, hospital affiliations, advertising campaigns and peer reviews.

Dr. Jeffrey Donaldson is a native of Columbus, OH and a graduate of Upper Arlington High School. After attending Yale University, he achieved a medical degree at The Ohio State University and completed his five-year general surgery residency at Maine Medical Center. He trained in plastic surgery at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and completed an aesthetic surgery fellowship in Atlanta. With 12 years of medical education and a well-established practice in his hometown of Columbus, Dr. Donaldson exceeded the minimum requirements for membership to ASAPS. He is a diplomat of the ABPS and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). He has also received many awards and distinctions for his work with patients.
