  • If you choose a no-interest payment plan with CareCredit, you could pay for a $4,000 procedure in as few as 18 months, paying $222 a month.*
  • Chase Health Advance offers payment plans as well, allowing you to pay off $4,000 in monthly increments of $168 paid over 24 months.**
