Understanding the cost of plastic surgery in Ohio is essential. At Donaldson Plastic Surgery, we do not have one-size-fits-all pricing — that’s because none of our surgeries are one-size-fits-all. We tailor our unique surgical plans to meet your needs, and then we will create a customized quote for you!

How Much Does Surgery Cost?

A patient’s surgical plan should be custom, which means the price should also be customized to reflect it. It is not unheard of for a surgical practice to only give you a range for surgeon’s fees over the phone, which can be misleading.

These are additional fees that can impact the total cost:

• Treatment area
• Time spent in the OR
• Supplies
• Anesthesia
• Post-surgery care items

This means you may not know the right plan for you until you talk about it with an expert. That’s why it is important to know YOUR particular plan before moving forward with an estimate given over the phone.

Average Ohio Plastic Surgery Costs by Treatment Area

The specific cost for your surgery is determined during your consultation, but each treatment area has a general price range. Below are ranges for cosmetic surgery prices in Ohio:

• Breasts: $7,000 – $10,000
• Abdomen: $8,000 – $11,000
• Legs and arms: $8,000 – $10,000
• Face and neck: $7,500 – $13,000
• Liposuction: $3,500 – $8,000*

*Liposuction, in particular, is extremely dependent on the patient, so creating a range before the consultation is difficult.

Note: These prices can be higher or lower depending on your own individual anatomy and goals.

How We Create your Customized Quote

We will give you an exact quote during your very first consultation. Our board-certified plastic surgeons will examine your treatment area, listen to your goals, and develop a plan. Sometimes the surgeon may suggest several different plans for you to choose from. We will give you separate quotes for every plan that the surgeon recommends based on your input and desires.

When you meet with one of our Surgical Coordinators, they will go over your quote line by line with you to ensure that you are aware of where each cost is coming from and why.

Plastic Surgery Financing & Payment Options

Along with receiving your quote, our surgical team will also discuss our different financing options with you. You are able to pay with cash, your personal credit or debit card, sometimes your HSA account, or one of the third-party medical credit cards that our practice works with (or a mix of any of the above!).

We accept different payment plans through third-party medical credit cards called Alpheon and CareCredit. You can learn more and apply for these services on their websites, or by visiting our financing page.

Across the board, surgeries must be paid for four weeks prior to the surgery date in whatever way you prefer. Our practice will work with you to accommodate a payment due date if you might need some additional time.
