Hi, I’m Leslie and I came looking for Dr. Donaldson after I looked for a surgeon to replace my breast implants. I had saline implants and unfortunately, one of my implants had failed; And this left me pretty unproportioned for a while. I had looked for a doctor for almost six months before I found Dr. Donaldson. I’d been through several other people and nobody was comfortable at all.  After my first experience wasn’t so great, I wasn’t gonna do it again without knowing for sure I had the person that was right for me.

So I kept waiting and I came across Dr. Donaldson online, completely by accident. I looked at some pictures and I looked at testimonials and thought, you know what it, I really got a good feeling for some reason. So I went for a consultation and he was amazing! I knew this was the person for me,  but unfortunately, at that time it really wasn’t in the budget. So I took a little bit of time off and I even went to a couple more doctors and just knew it wasn’t right. So, I waited. When I was ready, I went to see him again. I had my saline implants replaced with new silicone implants. It was amazing from the start. His staff was wonderful. They made me very comfortable in a situation that’s somewhat uncomfortable.  They made me feel like I was family like I was a friend. They answered all of my many, many questions because since I had done it before, I had a lot more than most people, probably.

All the way up to the surgery, they were very, very supportive.  The day of the surgery, the staff at the surgery center was great.  It was very, very quick. I was in and out, on my way home. Other than the grogginess from the anesthesia,  it really was hard to tell I had even had surgery. The first couple of days, you know, I slept. It’s a little bit achy but I had already done this before,  so I was expecting to be on the couch for a week; not able to move; very, very bruised; very, very swollen. So needless to say, I was shocked when, after two days, I was moving like nothing had ever happened to me. I had NO bruising at all! Not even around my incisions!  Some swelling because that’s part of surgery and breast augmentation, but it really subsided very quickly. I didn’t even need pain medicine after a couple of days at all. It was amazing! With my first surgery, that was nothing– nothing the case. I was bruised from my breast almost to my hip. I was so swollen.  I look like I was pregnant. It was amazing to see the difference that a really, really good surgeon makes.

I just want everybody else to have the experience that I had because you know, if you do,  you definitely won’t regret it. It has made me back into what I know that I am and was meant to be. I feel like I can be myself again. I just want everyone to know how much I appreciate his staff and him. If you’re even considering something like this in the future, I would urge you to at least go talk to them and explore your options.
