I actually came across Dr. Donaldson’s website. I saw that he was on the news and was quite reputable. I researched others and I discovered that Dr. Donaldson and his staff had the most positive reviews, so I went ahead and went with him. I made an appointment, and when I came in everyone was really nice. The receptionist was very helpful, and Bobbie the nurse assistant helped me understand the difference in sizes and the profiles. Dr. Donaldson was also very knowledgable and helped me, especially with the pictures of the other patients and what he’d done. It was actually very nice.
